Project Description and ACC Scope of Work:
The Crescent tower is located in the New Capital Business District (CBD) . The tower has two crescent shaped buildings facing each other. One Crescent Building is planned to be a hotel while the other would be hotel apartments. The project is facing the Iconic Tower (tallest tower in Africa) and would be the main hospitality element for the CBD project. ACC was assigned by Orascom Construction Company (Main Contractor) for the task of finalizing the structural shop drawings for the podium as well as some design technical support tasks.

Project Description and ACC Scope of Work:
Neom Area Developments is one of the main pillar of Saudi Arabia Vision 2030. The project is the first of many mega projects that will be constructed on the shores of the red sea. Neom Hotels masterplan included a 5 star hotel , a 4 star hotel , VIP villas and utility buildings . The project will cater around 600 rooms to visitors of the Neom Area Projects. ACC scope of work includes engineering design development , shop drawings and technical site support comprising project control, contracts and claims management, Quality assurance and control, quantity surveying and site inspection works.

Abha Center proposed Master plan is introducing a multi-purpose functional project located in downtown Abha . The Masterplan plan includes a 13 floors hotel , 11 floors office tower , 9 floors residential building , commercial building, cultural facility, social facility and other mixed- use recreational buildings. ACC scope is proposing the project schematic design concept and development of the master plan.

Project Description and ACC Scope of Work:
Movenpick is one of the land mark hotels in the city of Aswan, Egypt. The Hotel contains two wings , namely A and B with around 500 rooms ACC scope is to design and supervise the implementation of a fire strategy for the hotel buildings, identify the escape routes and introduce required modifications to qualify the hotel fire standard to local and international civil defense codes. The scope includes engineering design and supervision of all required modifications.

Sizzler house is a famous American dining franchise. The developed state-of-art design of this Sizzler House Branch in Riyadh utilized the interior design to have an exterior environmental architectural feature. The design implemented the classical building architecture to create various spaces and facades and give the outdoor feeling to the customers. ACC scope is the engineering design for the restaurant interior works and supervision of all construction phases till handover and operation.

Sky Events international Company plan is to introduce unique designed restaurants and ancillary hospitality facilities, to be located in the Nairobi National Park. The project shall explore the re-purposing of 40-foot shipping container(s) for hospitality functions, one of which (the Atrium) will be lifted via crane up to a height of 150 ft. above ground. ACC scope of work is the architectural and engineering design of the containers and their arrangements, including lifting techniques , transportation mechanism and packing systems.

Half Moon 2006 Asian Games Statue

The Iconic tower is the main landmark of Egypt’s new capital project. The tower will be the tallest in Egypt and Africa. It is part of the Capital Business District project (CBD). The tower has multi purposes functions including hotels and commercial areas. ACC is assigned by CSCEC the project main contractor the task of BIM modeling of mechanical and electrical floors in addition to producing coordinated shop drawings out of the BIM Model.

Jeddah Yacht Club

Description and Scope of Work: Jeddah Yacht club is part of the formula one project which is hosted by Saudi Arabia on 2021. It is an iconic building resembling a sailing boat when overlooked from the sea. The Yacht club is composed of three main buildings namely yacht club overlooking the red sea with its yachting docks, an infinity swimming pool and a beach club. Jeddah Yacht club is considered the first of its kind in Saudi Arabia. ACC scope of work is the full structural design of all the project buildings in addition to the steel structure design of the iconic mast and statue.
